H2H Squared provides affordable one day Home Redesign and Home Staging service 

that is based on the H2H Squared philosophy, House to Home and Home to House.

Let me tell you a bit more about this concept and the value of these services.

 

 

House to Home

Home Redesign is the enhancement of an interior or exterior space by using what you already own but with a new fresh design approach.  It is a careful mix of creating and fine-tuning your house to home, designed specifically with you in mind with the things you already love.

Redesign applies to all facets of urban living plexes, apartments, single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, co-ops, lofts, houseboats and dormrooms (I was in college once too!) and you can be sure that your living space, regardless of its structure, can be redesigned to enhance your life and represent a true expression of you.

 

  • Fee is $100.00 per room and includes up to a 30 minute consultation prior to redesign day, the redesign, light cleaning (client provided equipment and supplies), and ‘future suggestion document’ with resources upon request.

 

  • A ‘room’ consists of a living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, office, bathroom, family room, bedroom/guestroom, media room, craft room, play room, den, spare room and don’t forget your outdoor rooms – front yard/porch and backyard/patio/deck.

  

  

Home to House

Home Staging is preparing the home for a sale – you are the dweller who wants to be

a seller.  In this situation, the goal is the home to house scenario – you want to show the best attributes of the house, condo or loft, not just your style or belongings that make it yours.  You want the potential buyer to see the possibility and reality for them to make your house, condo or loft a home for themselves.

 

  • Fee is $100.00 per room and includes up to a 30 minute consultation prior to stage day, the staging, light cleaning (client provided equipment and supplies), placement of items not used in owner provided packing boxes, and ‘future suggestion document’ with resources upon request; and, t
    his fee is considered advertising associated to the sale of your house and is usually tax deductible, please see IRS link on Useful Links page on the 'Contact Us' tab.

 

  • A ‘room’ consists of a living room, great room, dining room, kitchen, office, bathroom, family room, bedroom/guestroom, media room, craft room, play room, den, spare room and don’t forget your outdoor rooms – front yard/porch and backyard/patio/deck.

 

 

Other Services available are Color Consultation for both interior and exterior applications, Move-In Service, Home Organization, and Sourcing and Shopping for

Your Home. 

 

  • Fees for these services are $35.00 per hour.

 

 

Here's how it all works . . .

 

Prior to the design day . . .

the consultation is scheduled, be it redesign or staging, which is a sit down 15-30 minute discussion at your home.

 

For redesign services, photos will be taken and I will ask you questions about your space in order to seek information on what you use the room for, or better yet what you would like to use the room for and for whom will it be used for entertaining, need it be kid and/or pet friendly, etc.; it is also at this time that we schedule the design day and sign the agreement. 

My philosophy is that all members of the household are important as is their comfort in the space they share and call home and this absolutely includes our four legged furry friends I am very pet friendly and have a conscious mind when designing for life with cats and dogs in fact, Constance my cat is the much pampered one who experiences this effort first hand and quickly demonstrates her appreciation and satisfaction with my forethought and proactive cat friendly design skills.

 

For staging services, photos will be taken and the discussion will focus on one thing

and one thing only - selling your house, condo or loft in the most timely and financially beneficial way possible.  I will ask a series of questions that will help me understand better your unique scenario and your specific goals.

 

On the design day . . .

everything is set to go - the time and date that were scheduled at the consultation

meeting is here and there is very little for you to do on design day - after you let me in (or we have prearranged key drop off) you can go off to work for the day, shopping, errands - whatever it is you usually do away from home, knowing all along that by the time you arrive back you will be in for an exciting treat . . . the reveal!  Or if you prefer you may stay onsite while I work my magic, I only ask that you refrain from entering the room being designed so you can fully experience the reveal as well.  The reveal is when we meet on location at the prearranged time later that day (or upon completion if you choose to stay onsite) and I am as excited to see your reaction as you are to see your newly redesigned or staged space! 

 

After the design day . . .

you love life in your new space - it is functional, serene, and most of all a reflection of you, or you embrace this newly found increased ability to move on to the next chapter of your life with the sale of your house, condo or loft.
